Branch Manager candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Branch Manager in a commercial bank, must have business development skills, sales experience, excellent communication skills, and be client oriented. Positions are at various locations in Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax County, and Prince William County.

Assistant Branch Manager candidates must have three years banking experience, with at least one year as a supervisor. Must be strong operationally, must be able to work at any of our locations in Northern Virginia, and any hours between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
